Flash grabs the bullet in mid-air, does an insanely fast dash towards the enemy, stops immediately and opens his hand, letting the bullet rocket at it's target much faster than it was travelling before. As we all know, the faster an object travels the more mass it has, so when the bullet hits the bad guy he explodes.
