She is not a famous porn star (I don't know what pseudonym she went by or if she did go by one) and I think it was a one-time deal. It was a video I believe, I only saw it as a series of stills that a buddy of mine found through /b/ (a lot of people in my high school were active in 4chan).

I remember she was in a group. It was shot in Florida where we both went to school.
