Aside from sexual, are there any complications with other things like runners high or something along that line that could get your heart rate up and what not?

Those are amazing! I love the idea of the wizard removing the interface the most! Better yet, if it made your controls all weird like left click made you dance, while pressing the arrow keys clicked the mouse.
