You're right. You can't tailor your teaching so it works for some one with probably a 1 in 100,000+ disorder. That's just silly and probably going to affect the rest of the students in some way. And yes, if the "quiet kids" want to do anything where they make money post-schooling, they'll have to learn to communicate their ideas and needs. The world is not fair, and some people are going to have to work harder than others to bring their skills up to par.
