Umm... you're an idiot. It doesn't matter whether you did anything wrong or not, you're essentially throwing yourself on the mercy of the FBI and prosecutor. The law does not care whether it was "morally wrong" because the law doesn't deal in morals. Nothing you say can help you, only hurt.

They may not charge you, but just based on your posts in this thread and the vague wording of the Computer Fraud and Abuse act, it wouldn't be hard to convict you. Federal prosecutors aren't known for their lenient nature.

To back up what I replied to you higher up in the thread... that right there is violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse act and if they want to charge you you're fucked.

As someone with a life sapping job... nope. Wouldn't trade. Ouch.
