What about the estimated 2.4 million unnecessary surgeries sold to the public annually for profit? Surely statistical methadologies similar to the Sumo Experiment (Freakonomics) would lead to fascinating conclusions, especially with emerging data science techniques, and result in dramatic population harm-reduction. As far as harm-reduction, it actually seems like the lowest hanging fruit, the most optimal research from the perspective of lowest input and highest return.

I have a colleague who has a book out, but the name and marketing is all wrong. It scares off readers who would enjoy it, even though it is very well-written.

I am proposing working with a graphic designer and republishing under a new name and cover, have you done this before?
