The ATF can walk into any business and demand to see your records. Do you trust the government not to create a firearms registry? Would it be OK with you if they had one?

So, if a FFL wigs out, like you mentioned there with Beaver Cleaver, it wouldn't matter because FFLs don't ever wig out?

How often do YOU get a background check? Is one good enough for life?

Thanks for being a nice guy here. And please forgive me for being an old curmudgeon. I see so many holes in this firearm sales and transfers and government interference in it that I just don't believe it is very real. Good old boys, City Hall, and exceptions can take up any slack that may exist to cause people to conform with our current laws. So few people charged with crimes, and prosecuted for attempting to buy arms but failing a background check.

The bottom line, on everything, according to Nietzsche, is, it is bullshit.

I am Tatar. I think it is about fundamental Islam encroaching on secular democracy. Not so much about the park at all.
