Holy shit man, you just brought so memories back to me. My grandmother used to make me and my family Chicken Paprikash all of the time, before she passed. She always used to tell us that her grandmother would make it for her when she was a kid. Her grandmother and grand father were both from Bohemia, which is now part of Czech Republic. I think I might have to call up my mother and have her make it for me soon, it's still a family favorite
