I don’t know if this is still going on, but... I have a question.

I know there are so many things wrong with this world. And that if I’m not part of the solution I’m part of the problem. But I have a problem of my own: my anxiety is extremely debilitating to the point where I do anything to escape conflict. And this crippling anxiety doesn’t just affect my ability to work for causes I support, either - it’s affected my ability to work or even find a job, and it’s even affected my ability to seek out help or treatment because I don’t want to be a burden on anyone else.

I often feel like I’m not fit for life on this planet because my anxiety is this bad. I have no idea what to do, however. There’s gotta be hope for me, but where can I even find it if I’m this afraid to look?

Not to defend the practices your specific Dominos store is doing (I certainly am not), but how are you certain that this is standard practice for every Dominos across the country? And if you are certain that these are standard practices for the entire chain, can you share evidence of such? Like emails from people higher than your manager, employee manuals, memos, etc.?

How do members of your tribe deal with depression and anxiety? I’m purely asking for myself here, because I have no idea if indigenous peoples suffer from depression and anxiety more or less than developed nations, and that’s another whole topic entirely. I just wanna know if the Maasai have any different approaches to it.

There’s some misinformation about human-caused climate change that basically says nothing can be done about it, that it’s hopeless to try and stop it and we may as well all head to the bunkers instead of putting forth any effort trying. Think Jonathan Franzen. What do you plan to do to counter this particular set of misinformation?
