Can you briefly describe the procedure?

I had a sinus surgery perhaps 20 years ago, it was not a pleasant experience (though I'm quite satisfied with the results, I can breathe so much easier).

I'm curious to hear what's being done today.

I grew up in an area where many people would be considered hicks. I had to practice #2 to clean up my own language.

It's not just a challenge for immigrants, ESL.
