What role do prisoners play in the supply chain? Serious question. I heard that some of the labor (in packaging, maybe?) is contracted out to prisons.

Not a question, but a funny memory. I've only been to one Ruth's Chris in my life: in Maui, Hawaii. It's right on the beach (well, kinda) and I appreciated the juxtaposition of swanky waiters wearing formal attire serving families wearing gaudy Bermuda shorts and sand-covered flip-flops.
Great steak, as I recall. I like that it's broiled very briefly in an intense heat (1000+ F) after being cooked.

Does it bother you that I instantly recognize the name "Jerky Boys", but not your name? Sorry. But on the flip side, you've had an impact on my life. Since 1994, there's an old friend in Germany who, to this day, still calls me Chisel Chest. I call him jerkyboy or fruitcake.
