I know it's within your business interests and all, but you shouldn't spread misinformation about the Kirby home maintenance system. They do, in fact, penetrate all the way to the floor. Have you not engaged the drive belt that runs the beater brush? It penetrates 12 inches and is enough to deep clean a mattress. What is the average thickness of carpet underlay? Have you ever seen as good kirby demonstration? In your own home? I'm not trying to sell you one, as that would be an exercise in futility (and I'm out of the kirby selling game) Just tell the truth, please.
