I've ran to the cases were Management and Staff didn't know what SDRAM was [around the beginning of DDR2 era, was helping a friend upgrade a computer from 2x256mb to something bigger], they were stomped for over 45 mins till they finally concluded they didn't have any. I think its instants like these that make people think Best buy employees don't know much. Most don't from my experience, Some do tho.

Why don't you effectively crowd source updates? Have current employees submit drafts for you to review and push?
