I can't do the field sobriety tests as I have chronic vertigo and balance problems. I can drive just fine but walking and standing, I am wobbly. I totally cannot do the tests. I am afraid of getting a dwi.

I was in a abusive relationship with a woman a few years ago when I was male bodied. It ended with serious domestic assault which was 8 years ago on Feb 6th. Basically, I got hit til I was unconscious and then she hit me with her car. I just took the beating but lucky I was only minorly hurt from being hit by her car. It effected me greatly. I am still effected. I still have some ptsd from it. I havnt been the same since.

naw. if they are booking you on just a breath test that was well under .08, they have to prove that you are impaired. And that proof would need to be significant. Because no jury is going to convict on like 0.05.
