If the company will spring for the tools, anything that uses a computer can actually be managed by a blind person believe it or not. I've seen it done in a call center.

Yes, I've done hiring for a company. Mind you, the company I hired for was always willing to hire the blind.. it was a call center so we had some pretty creative tools. Like, for your case it would be a larger monitor and whatever else you need software wise. For totally blind they had a system called Jaws.

But I had seen some of my peers choose not to hire someone for being pregnant or something like that. They always used a different reasons on the interview sheet.. the laws don't protect you during the hiring process.

This is good news, as I grew up outside of Cincinnati and wasn't far during some of the past riots. I'm glad to know they haven't joined the burning and looting.
