That has actually happened to me more than once.

The thing that it taught me was to always put the brakes on my chair... cough it only took about three experiences of that nature to teach me that. ;)

There's a Facebook group for people with disabilities called "The Cripple Life" that has that same type of controversy. I kind of dislike the way they use the words "cripple" and "crippled," but there are some good discussions that take place there as well as some great wheelchair humor on occasion, so I guess I can let it roll... er, slide. ;)
