Thank you for doing this! Do you feel that the insurance industry, as a whole, contributes to the rising cost of healthcare through the process of re-insurers, malpractice insurance (which could also be blamed on our litigious society), and the such? Meaning, do you believe that there are significant factors outside of the primary service of healthcare (a nurse or doctor treating a patient) that contributes to the overall cost and if that cost has escalated at a faster rate than say the cost of the primary business of healthcare?

Hey Denis! Why don't we suck?

Common principals? Generally speaking, each new development will have a separate owner for liability reasons. The key word is "cross collateralize." Very scary words and most developers won't ever do it.

If you can, ask the developer about a valid concern, or ask if they would be willing to hold public update forums. I try to keep my future neighbors up to date where I am as best I can without giving them deal fatigue. If they tell you to beat pavement they deserve your disdain. If they listen you might help them create something the community would actually like.

Did you ever try to reach out to the developers and ask them what's up? I'm using EB-5 money right now for a development and can tell you, it's very difficult to get that type of financing lined up for a development and even harder with the current political climate.

It seems like they were most likely tied up with USCIS background checks (which can take years during the last administration) and couldn't start Phase 1 (only a guess) but were trying to get Phase 2 started knowing it might take years again to get that phase in order.
