As a very "technologically literate" customer I've noticed this. I usually use the sales associate when I can't find something just to save some time. Always helpful at my local store and never try to hoodwink me.

What are your long-term ideas for Earth internet - www - on mars? I asked wolfram alpha and it said 19.66 minutes for light/radio waves from mars to earth, so real-time internet access isn't exactly in the realm of reality.
