I know this is isn't at all what you expected, but can you tell us everything you remember about the end of Sports Night? To this day "Quo Vadimus" rings in my head and the line you delivered "Sports Night is a good show, Dana. Anybody who can't make money off Sports Night should get out of the money-making business." Will always be the sentiment I am left with after watching that show. What was it like being brought on at the very end of something incredible like that, and to be such a pivotal part of the ending?

I can't believe this. I, too, am a repair tech.Whenever a friend of mine learns that they find it slightly interesting, and I've been known to badmouth Dysons from time to time. I've always thought to myself "Reddit wouldn't give a damn about some vacuum repair tech."
I stand corrected. My questions then is this: How do you deal with billing? My store has flat rates for things that I find to be overpriced for the amount of work I have to do, but it's of course the owner's call.
