What was the coolest thing you ever saw/did while up there? Like what took you back and just completely stunned you?

Also I have a bit of a follow up questions that isn't really related. When people say things like "the earth is flat" and "Nasa is a lie", do you feel insulted? I assume that someone who has spent 10+ years dedicated to their career must kind of get defensive when someone comes up to them and starts calling them a huge cover up and a lie.
