How exactly do you become grounded? Are there certain techniques to ground yourself?

First off, just wanted to thanks Rukmini and Andy for the great podcast!

The Yazidis have suffered and been through a lot because of ISIS. Something I also remember hearing is that while the Yazidis had coexisted with their Muslim neighbors relatively peacefully, their neighbors suddenly turned against them once the chaos in the region ensued (reminds me of India-Pakistan partition stories).

Is there any chance of the Yazidis being able to live peacefully in their ancestral homelands? I've heard that the Yazidis have received support from the other Kurds. How do you see the future of this community, overall?
