I would like for you to continue writing Vikings until they discover America, too. You have something really special going on with Vikings, it's unlike anything else on TV in the best way possible.

Travis Fimmel surprised me as Ragnar. Not gonna lie. He's without a doubt one of the most impressive actors and gives some of the best performances I've ever seen. His performance as Ragnar is much more convincing than more than most of what we see in films. I feel that you and Travis really hit a home run with Ragnar and that Travis himself is such an incredible and convincing actor. Ragnar's without a doubt one of the coolest and most interesting characters on TV. Everything from the way he carries himself to his mannerisms to the way he speaks and fights.. he's really something special.

Hi Michael! Thanks so much for doing this for us and giving us the opportunity to get some of our most burning questions answered. Vikings has quickly become one of my most favorite TV Series ever and I couldn't be more excited for Season 3. That being said, I sort of have 2 questions, if that's okay.
The first one is.. why did Ragnar's iconic braid go away? Was it a Travis Fimmel decision or was it something you guys wanted to do for his character now that he's King? In the earliest teasers we saw, he had short hair but now in the promotional images we've seen and new teasers, he's completely bald.
My next question is will there be a time jump at the beginning of this season like there was last season? I remember you saying something about wanting to continue Vikings after Ragnar passes and show what his sons were able to conquer and accomplish because they have their own great legends so will we be seeing a time jump at the beginning of this season and see Ragnar's other sons a little older or will we be picking up where Season 2 ended?
