Do you believe there should be a process by which a person can dissolve a conservatorship? I can't wrap my head around the idea this woman is considered so mentally ill and incapable of running her own life, and yet she is being pushed to continue performing on a scale that would be crippling to the average person. At what point should someone step in and say if Brittany can handle all these shows and work she should be given a chance?

Thank you for what you do. My oldest daughter died six days after birth from a genetic disorder we didn't know she had until a few hours before she passed. They were straight with me with some difficult decisions and while my mother in law insisted on taking care of everything, the funeral home only charged for materials and not services. It was such a kind thing to do. Those acts of kindness are never forgotten. I can't imagine how hard it is to work with children, but it is a good thing you do. Thank you for that :)

Do you think that trial being held in the area, where people knew him, had an effect on the case? Do you think that he testified because he thought that he knew these people well enough to manipulate them.

How can she do this without her father?

That is why I asked. If she doesn't have access to her money, and can't enter into a legal agreement without her father's consent? It seems like she needs consent that she can't get. It is a catch 22.
