Are you concerned with your expected life span at all?

Whats the sliding scale of selective mutism and narcissism/vanity or just shyness? Wheres the line where it's actually a condition? Or is that the realm of a medical professional? Is it genetic or did something happen to "cause" it? Youre brave as hell going public with this! Envious!

Is there a real medical reason for reconstruction? Removal or reduction can be done for a number of medical reasons, but after thats been done, isnt it just vanity? Theyre not functional in any way are they? Thanks for doing this AMA!
