Is there a local organization for public relations of Singapore's "Chinatown" (Ox Cart Water)?

Thats too bad, not ackknowledging the true name takes away from the history.

Denvers "Chinatown" is called Wazee (挖溪) because of the digging of the creeks for irrigation and gold that our early Asian Pioneers did. They stopped calling it that and now we have no Chinatown history. But thats changing.
