Good lord. Having spent a decent amount of time hiking, that's a very challenging rate with that heavy a pack. Is that a reasonable assessment of how much you have to carry and how far you have to go?

A lot of us (especially in the South) love chit-chat. I don't know where you live, but come on down to Georgia and I promise the people actually care when they ask you that.
