I had this experience last year when i played black jack in a casino for the 1st time.

Watched the table for about 10 minutes and joined and acted as a pro xD tapping the table and stuff

Funniest moments were: Had a lots of low cards and started to count what's the number, some dude next to me shouted 19 you retard ! Funny i won that round.

Another was, a guy bought like 500€ of chips and bet about 100€ on my hand "i was bettering 10€" when i won i was about to get his chips lol !! Didn't know he could bet on my hand.

One question: when a player on a hot streak, What usually happen ? Do you kick him ? Change dealer ? Change the deck ?

My question for you: What do you recommend for companies, cloud solutions or in-house servers ?

In my current company we kinda starting to shift to cloud solutions "i.e.: Gateway, some ERP functions and soon enough emails and expanding our ERP cloud solutions"

Do you recommend such movement or go back to old school "let me have the servers in-house and keep it more secure xD"

P.S. I'm an ERP expert not a network expert xD
