I was actually going to suggest that you send your story to Saw Stop should you have even the slightest inkling to become a spokesperson. You've already told your story 1000 times, why not do it a few more while getting paid?

Are fruits like apples safe to eat though, considering the first thing people do when they approach the display is start picking up and handling the fruit to look for blemishes? Is a rinse in running water enough to clean any viral particles that may be on the edible surface of the fruit?

Did your metabolism undergo any noticeable change? Like were you quick to start sweating when you were heavier but not so much after losing a significant amount?
