I have to say that I'm curious about the whole implant deal. How long did it take to adjust to using it? Furthermore, how do you control it, exactly?

If anything, someone would end up drunk and trying to get milk straight from the source. Or Cyril would end up tied up in a pen with a stud or something.

It was explained briefly in the reply to my comment above. It is, from what I can tell, manually activated through a control unit and not through thought.
