I love the Thrawn Trilogy and I read it once or twice a year.

My question is when VII was announced, did you think they would use your books as the source?

Well, I could only hope they would. If only just to see who they would cast as Thrawn. I feel that the force is strong (heh) with J.J. and the cast, new and old.

I'm not so sure. That would mean he'd be the antagonist in both Star Trek and Star Wars. I don't disagree, he would be perfect. I just think they would go for more originality.
