I read it only applies to people who HAVEN'T had covid yet, us this true?

Do you believe or is it true that the lack of knowledge about depression can lead to a lower possibly of becoming depressed??

(I say this because I believe the constant talk about depression may lead to more people knowing about it and talking about it as a very common thing, resulting in people thinking they're depressed and consequently creating depression or leading to a Worden of an already existing one).
