I have been participating on /r/shittyrobots for a few years now I have noticed a recent surge of new makers on the scene which I think is great. I think this is due to a mix of your growing popularity and how the new /r/popular page lets us get shitty robots on the front page, introducing a lot of new people to the hobby.

Do you have any advice for people getting started in the world of shitty robots? Also, what are your thoughts on the hobby growing?
