Sure, the water knocked his shirt up. But he doesn't just pull it down. He pulls it on, over his head. So in video one he's wearing a shirt. In video two, he's not and puts it on.

There's no way the water knocked his shirt up over his head.

He can definitely slide on the water, but not to the edge to step out.
