I always kinda thought caring that much for residents was a good thing even if not entirely professional. My mother has worked in a nursing home for years, and she always really cared about the people she took care of. As a consequence, she get's rather emotional sometimes because someone passed away. I'm somewhat glad that other caregivers care enough to say goodbye.

How long do you usually wait with the body until the coroner arrives? Also how often do other caregivers at the retirement come by to say goodbye?
