Hey Jack, two questions for you!

1) what do you think helped you breakthrough into mainstream - can you accredit to a single moment or relationship, or perseverance?

2) What time signature is 'Surprise Yourself' written in? 9/8? Did you have any reservations/thoughts about writing music for the masses in odd signatures?

Thanks for your answer Jack, my wife is a big fan and I have now earned many brownie points! Haha. I really think it's amazing seeing musicians who are dedicated to their craft, working for the joy of creating music or impacting people, rather than just to 'make it big'; I guess there is a difference between wanting to be successful and wanting lots of people to be influenced it moved by your music!
