My husband was a medic during the pandemic. They gave him a little gift bag with a little note that said the whole "thanks for the hard work, you're a hero" stuff, and in the bag was one (1) kcup, and two (2) Hershey's kisses. To add to that, it is still legal in many states to perform papsmears on unconscious patients without their consent or knowledge. Lots of people in the medical field don't give a fuck about womens privacy and proper care. I hate going to the doctor. I'm so so sorry you had that experience.
