No longer directly involved in farming but mainly supermarkets want all produce as cheap as they can get it. The mark ups are unbelievable between the farm gate price and what you pay in a supermarket but since they have a monopoly on the market if you don't deal with supermarkets you're going to find it almost impossible to sell your produce
