Could you tell us more about what insights are there beyond whether your cat is going to the bathroom? Which is handled by looking at the waste daily.

For example, your Kickstarter video mentions time. Do cats go to the bathroom at the same time daily? Or does a burying behavior indicate a particular problem?

The government will also sometimes offer to pay your tuition for you (either if your in school or graduated). If it's in school they pay for your class for training purposes. If they pay you after it's graduated it's a hiring bonus (helps them get people that would otherwise go into the private sector). With the caveat that you must work with X agency for Y amount of years to pay it back. If you resign then you are obligated to pay them back since you didn't fufill the contract.
