Have you ever had someone call in who you genuinely felt that the best thing for them to do would be talk to a professional? If so roughly what was going on?

Not op but have an understanding of programming and am working on a 2D platformer game at the moment. Usually the dev kits you hear about are so that developers can get a game ready for the release of a console. These devkits are just the console software with mostly finalised internal hardware. Sometimes they'll have special features, like the ds dev kits allowed for display output. But most of the time they're just a normal early console with a USB port or SD card slot to allow for quicker loading of games
