Hey man, at least Pelican Cases are easy to move.

It's the 40 year old pieces of luggage filled with god only knows what, the handles are falling off and there are tons of tears that are the problem.

The people that check these bags are also the ones that are going to watch us do everything in our power to move the bag and then get mad because it looked like a firm landing. I can drop a pelican case thirty feet and everything inside will be fine.

How often does this happen to you and when was the last time it happened.

Delta's system is fairly robust and has been for quite some time. Delta agents scan every single bag with the RFID scanner and it will screech at you if you scan a bag to the wrong flight. Shit happens, but it shouldn't.

Yep. MAYBE 0.1% of bags go missing, it's really a good system, and only getting better with RFID.
