What are your opinion(s) on the rising sea level that will most likely affect your way of life?

Love to hear old timers experiences of San Francisco. My grandmother grew up in Bayview and moved to Mission when she was a teenager. She makes it seem like the city was much more down to earth back then and more vibrant. Santana and Sly and the Family Stone would even play music in the basement when she lived in Mission. With that said, I would love to know your thoughts on San Francisco in present times. What are your thoughts on gentrification, the tech industry, homelessness, and rising living costs?
