For those on mobile or TL;DW: It's a states rights issue, and you should go somewhere where it has been legalized (Nevada for example) to reduce the risk of getting an STD

There was a popular post on Facebook claiming that the Obamacare hotline was 1-800-FUCK-YOU. It was actually a phone sex hotline, and the poor strippers (?) were being asked about insurance benefits. The company added that message to their system shortly after.
