Has anybody ever failed the inspection at the ceremony? How do you handle that?

The store I work for I see the same 20-30 people everyday and most of them keep coming back because they get in and out. We know the cigs they want or lotto they play. If you to talk with them they try to keep to themselves. They're all super polite and walk in with a smile though. Most people don't want their ass kissed they just want helpful service.
