I'm really enjoying this AMA, thank you! I'm going to ask a Hollywood question (I appreciate that there may be finer points you cannot disclose here, but I'll ask anyway):

If somebody contacted you in a situation where the pilots were incapacitated and needed landing direction, what would the procedure be? Do you have experts within reach who can guide a novice to the ground safely in each type of aircraft? What would your immediate action be?

Just wondering what sort of challenges you face when it comes to reaching new audiences? Do you see much value in pushing content through new distribution channels like Snapchat or Instagram? If so, do you think active engagement with your audience through these mediums is important?
