I’ve come up with original characters based on mouse character lineage any chance I would have any leg to stand on if I changed their origins?

I was speaking more along the lines of characters that’s parents could be current marvel characters

Ok thanks, or I could just sell the idea to Marvel. It’s a story kind of like Next avengers only differ variations and actual original characters
