That's not really the same. It would be more in line with saying a bank robber cannot be in possession of a firearm if that's what they used to hold up the bank. The bank was the target not the tool used. I think "banning a mugger that used a knife from using a knife after prison" would be more similar.

On Dragon's Den a lot of deals fall through once the Dragons start looking into the actual financials of a business. That's just due diligence. What is happening here with The Doctors, in my opinion, appears waaay more morally corrupt.
