It seems very odd to me that the women all of a sudden decide to be pissed off and then you get served papers. Was there a defining incident or some kind of altercation that started them on this path?

Hi Rick. I've seen videos of some people getting up right after a tase, barely stunned. Some of them are hopped up on drugs, but not all of them. Have you done any studies or are you aware of what makes certain people seemingly more immune to the effects of being tased?
