Thank you for continuing to capture beauty while so surrounded by war. Art and culture are important to maintain. How do you manage to work as a photographer without being mobilized? I was under the impression there's a general mobilization / draft going on in your country.

First off, I've been an Ingress player since Year 1, and I'd like to thank you and your team for everything they've done to make Ingress such an incredible game.

And now my question: as junior developer who's deeply in awe of the things the people at Niantic do, do you have any suggestions for someone who's having a rough time breaking into the industry?

I'm self-taught in Python, learned Java in college, and went to a boot camp to learn Android development. I'd say I'm moderately proficient in all of the above. Building portfolio material, especially in the realm of mobile gaming, seems like a monumental task for a solo developer. Where would you suggest I begin?
