Lucas is a nightmare. "one of the worst people to work with I've ever met." - my parent.

Source: my parent was a producer on ep4, yes, the first one. I've met Lucas, and my parent actually lived with him on Skywalker ranch for a while, my parent said that trying to manage a production with the guy was like trying to herd 60 cats, Lucas is disorganized, stubborn, and refuses to listen to the advice of everyone around him. My parent also believes that he deserved all of the negative PR after the first three episodes just "became a jokey, cartoonish, caricature of the original trilogy." Almost all of the negativity surrounding the recent movies was Lucas, being Lucas, and I'm incredibly glad to see the franchise managed by a somewhat competent organization who is willing to explore new plot lines.
