What was your favorite part of filming Parks and Rec?

How many takes were required for your scenes? Could the actors/actresses handle themselves or did a lot of them end up laughing at your lines?

How did you all end up on the admissions team? I'm curious to know how one becomes qualified/is selected for the job.
